パラテックスTHは日本のポリマーセメント系塗膜防水におけるリーディングカンパニーである大関化学工業株式会社のタイ法人OZEKI CHEMICAL THAILAND が製造する高性能なポリマーセメント系塗膜防水です。

PARATEX TH is a high-quality polymer cementitious liquid applied waterproofing material manufactured by OZEKI CHEMICAL THAILAND, a Thai subsidiary of OZEKI CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO., LTD., a leading Japanese polymer cementitious liquid applied waterproofing company.

パラテックス防水は1955年から現在に至るまで、高い品質、施工性の高さから日本の建築現場において、絶大な信頼を得ている防水材であり、その施工性の良さから建物の地下から屋上まで多くの箇所に施工されています。

しかしながら、東南アジアにおいては高温多湿な気候における施工性の違い、より厳しい建築予算などの違いもあり、製造を日本ではなくタイ、樹脂をアクリル樹脂に変更した東南アジア向けの材料PARATEX THを製造、販売しております。PARATEX THにおいてもパラテックスの特徴である、高性能であること、施工性の良さは変わらず、多くの現場に採用を頂いております。

＊水性エマルション、無機粉体が原材料のため、有毒ガスや火事の危険性がない

Features of PARATEX TH

Excellent coating performance

*Adhesion to concrete and mortar: 1.60N/mm2 for concrete, 1.40N/mm2 for mortar

(B-method)

*Excellent flexibility and followability: A method 240%, B method 50% (tested in accordance with the JIS A 6021 test method for architectural waterproofing materials)

Excellent workability:

*Water-based emulsion and inorganic powder are used as raw materials, eliminating the risk of toxic gas or fire.

*Can be applied with rollers, brushes, and trowels, making it suitable for use on complex shapes in construction.

Excellent economy:

*PARATEX TH is a relatively inexpensive material compared to other waterproof coatings, such as urethane coating waterproofing.

*Helps to shorten the construction period and is convenient in the climate of Southeast Asia, which has a lot of rain, because it does not require severe conditions for the substrate to be applied.
